A Message from ACOG Regarding the 2020 Election
As ballots continue to be counted and we await the 2020 election results, be assured that ACOG remains dedicated to you, as our valued member, and the patients you serve. During these uncertain times, we are dedicated to upholding our mission to advance our profession, advocate for and serve our members, and improve women’s health. As always, ACOG remains steadfast and is here to support you.
This year has been one like no other. The importance of health care, access, and science cannot be overstated and the challenging realities you face providing care during the pandemic and ensuring your practice is viable continue. We know the stakes continue to be incredibly high for our members, their patients, and their communities. During the 2020 election season, obstetrician-gynecologists across the country voted, registered colleagues to vote, and volunteered at the polls. Many of you shared your commitment and passion for voting with us.
We are ever grateful to you for the care you provide to patients and for your advocacy on behalf of the medical profession, your patients, and your communities. Your work every day matters – and we are here to support you.
