ACOG’s Latest on Physician Payment

As a part of continued efforts to ensure equitable payment and decreased administrative burden for obstetrician-gynecologists, ACOG submitted comprehensive comments on the 2021 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule proposed by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

ACOG also authored a multispecialty letter encouraging CMS to finalize the obstetric global codes and petitioning CMS to reconsider the cuts to gynecologic surgery.
