Registration will remain open during the meeting. Registrants are advised to register at least one business day before October 30 to ensure their log-ins work and to request assistance if needed. Help will be provided on the days of the event as well.

* Registration will be available from September 9, 2020 until December 1, 2020. The online event will take place from October 30-31, 2020 but the seven hours of CME content, as well as ePosters and the film festival, will be available until December 1, 2020.

Cancellation 

All cancellations or changes must be received in writing by Friday, October 15 , 2020. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund less a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 15, 2020. Registrations after October 15, 2020 will not receive a refund but will be granted access to all session recordings though December 1, 2020.
