2021 Call for Research Abstracts
The ACOG District VII Program Committee announces the Call for Abstracts for presentation at the 2021 District VII Annual Meeting being held live in at the Hyatt Regency in the heart of downtown Tulsa, OK.
Submit your research to gain well-deserved recognition and a chance to showcase your hard work to your fellow ACOG colleagues. If selected, you will be invited to present your work at the District VII Annual District Meeting this September 24–26.
Submit abstracts by Friday, July 30, 2021, 11:59PM ET
Please note: The Program Committee conducts blinded reviews of all submitted abstracts. In order to minimize the risk of bias in the review process, please do not refer to the name of any medical school, hospital or other institution in the text of your submitted abstract. If accepted, you will be able to include this information in your oral or poster presentation.

What does wellness mean to you? Submit your t-shirt design with the 2021 District VII Annual Meeting theme "Well Doctors, Well Patients" for your chance to win free meeting registration for the District VII Annual District Meeting! The creator of the winning entry will receive one (1) complimentary general registration to the 2021 District VII Annual Meeting in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The contest is open to all current members of ACOG District VII.
- Only one entry may be submitted per contestant.
The design entry must be the original creation of the contestant, and cannot include previously published works or contain profanity, trademarks, logos, or copyrighted works of any other person or business.
The design entry must incorporate the meeting catch phrase, “Well Doctors, Well Patients” and the meeting’s color scheme (see the full contest rules for design specifications).
Entries will not be considered unless accompanied by a signed acknowledgement form. By signing the form, the contestant will acknowledge his or her acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules, including the transfer of the ownership of the design to ACOG upon entry in the competition.
How to Submit Your Design
The contest begins on June 3. All entries must be received online by 11:59pm EST on June 23.
