Open Positions

Dignity Health, Marian Regional Medical Center – Santa Maria, CA

PGY-4 position open in July. Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing at an ACGME accredited OB/GYN residency program, have successfully completed three years (36 months) of training in Obstetrics and Gynecology, be on track to complete residency in June 2022, and be competent to fill a PGY-4 level OBGYN residency program position. Interested applicants must have passed USMLE/COMLEX Steps 1, 2 CK and 2 CS and 3 on first attempt.

Interested candidates should submit the following information:

  1. A letter of good standing from current Program Director
  2. Two letters of recommendation from current faculty members
  3. Medical School diploma and complete ERAS application to include: medical school transcript, MSPE, USMLE scores and personal statement
  4. Rotations completed with dates and rotation specific evaluations and summative competency-based performance evaluations including most recent 6 month semi-annual review report
  5. Current ACGME Case Logs, with all roles displayed. 
  6. CREOG exam scores 
  7. Cover letter including reason for leaving current program, seeking transfer to our location/program
  8. International medical graduates must provide copy of a valid ECFMG certificate and either have U.S. Citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status.

Zucker SOM at Hofstra/Northwell at Staten Island University Hospital – Staten Island, NY

PGY-4 position available for July 1, 2021. Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing at an ACGME accredited OB/GYN residency program, will have successfully completed 3 years (36 months) of training in Obstetrics & Gynecology, by June 30, 2021, be on track to complete residency in June 2022 and be competent to fill a PGY 4 level OBGYN residency program position.

Applicants must have passed USMLE/COMLEX Steps 1, 2 CK and 2 CS and 3. Interested candidates should submit the following information: Medical school diploma; Complete ERAS application to include: (medical school transcript, MSPE, USMLE scores and personal statement). Rotations completed with dates and rotation specific evaluations; Most recent 6 month semi-annual review report; Current ACGME Case Logs [Experience by Role Report] with all roles displayed; ALL CREOG exam scores, Current CV; Provide two names, titles and contact information for two references, Cover letter including reason for leaving current program, seeking transfer to our location/program. International medical graduates must provide copy of a valid ECFMG certificate and either have US Citizenship, US permanent resident status or provide notification of current visa status (please note: only J1 Visa accepted).
