University of Arizona - Tucson, AZ

PGY-3 position available immediately upon approval. Eligible candidates must have successfully completed two years of OB/GYN residency training in an ACGME accredited program. Applicants must submit a cover letter explaining reason for leaving current program as well as their full ERAS application, updated and current CV, three letters of recommendation (one letter must be from your current Program Director which verifies that you have (1) completed your PGY1 & PGY2 in good standing, and (2) satisfactorily complete your PGY 1 and PGY 2 training; two additional letters should be from another core OBGYN faculty member within the current program), USMLE transcripts (Steps 1, 2 & 3), ACGME case logs, notarized copy of medical school diploma, a list of completed rotations, milestone evaluations with summative competency based performance evaluations , and CREOG scores from 1st and 2nd year.

Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, Shreveport, LA

PGY-2 Ob-Gyn position available starting July 1, 2020 due to a resident moving out of state. Qualified applicants must have successfully completed a minimum of one year of training in an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology training program and be in good standing.

Interested applicants should email the following materials to the Program Coordinator, Ms. Nicole Brice, at nbrice@lsuhsc.edu

  1. Cover letter describing your interest in transferring to our program and reason for leaving your current program.
  2. A copy of your complete ERAS application from your PGY-1 application (including personal statement, MSPE, final medical school transcript, letters of recommendation, and photo)
  3. USMLE/COMPLEX score reports for parts 1 and 2, and 3 (with no failed attempts). 
  4. Letter from your current program director, which should include verification of your current level of training, verification of your good standing in the program and expected date of completion of PGY-1 year, and willingness to release you from your current training contract. 
  5. Up-to-date ACGME case logs. 
  6. List of completed rotations, including dates. 
  7. Milestones evaluations. 
  8. CREOG score report. 
  9. Two letters of recommendation from a faculty member at your current program.
  10. A current CV.

All qualified candidates must be eligible to work in Louisiana and be able to obtain a postgraduate training license with the Louisiana State Medical Board. PGY 2 OBGYN position available July 1, 2020 due to resident moving out of state. Applicants must be currently enrolled as a PGY 1 in an accredited ACGME OBGYN residency program. The following application materials should be emailed as a single PDF document to Program Coordinator (Sharon.Staine@HCAHealthcare.com) with OBGYN PGY 2 in subject line. Application should include: 1) Cover letter describing reason for leaving current program. 2) Copy of complete ERAS PGY 1 application (including personal statement, MSPE, final medical school transcript, USMLE/COMLEX score reports, letters of recommendation, and photo). 3) USMLE/COMLEX scores part 1 & 2 passed on first attempt and part 3 if available. 4) Two letter of recommendations from current faculty members. 5) Letter of recommendation from current program director. 6) CREOG score report. 7) Completed rotation schedule, including dates. 8) Current case log summary. 9) Milestone reports for PGY 1. 10) Summative Competency Based Performance Evaluation

Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia – Philadelphia, PA

PGY-2 OBGYN position available March 1, 2020. Qualified applicants must have successfully completed a minimum of one year and six (6) months of training in an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology training program. To be considered for the position, applicant must have successfully passed USMLE Steps 1, 2 & 3 (if taken) with no failed attempts.
