CREOG Meeting Program Chair

CREOG is seeking a Program Chair to join CREOG’s Meetings Program Leadership team. The person in this position would work collaboratively with the CREOG Meetings Program Leadership Team on the CREOG Education Retreat and, in collaboration with APGO, as an active member of the planning committee for the CREOG/APGO Annual Meeting.

Term of Service

The Program Chair term of service is three years with year one as Vice Chair and years two to three as Chair.

Recommended Credentials and Experience

The following experience is required:

  • At least three years of Residency or Fellowship Program Director experience. 
  • Prior program development and execution experience.
  • Experience with educational programming.

CREOG In-Training Exam Survey

CREOG is seeking proposals for the resident and program director surveys to be given in conjunction with the 2023 CREOG In-Training Examination.

Recommended Credentials and Experience

The following experience is required:

  • Program Director, Faculty, and/or Resident.
  • Single topic area for survey questions must address a priority area for OBGYN Residency (GME) training nationally.
  • Proposal submitted must include short literature review, brief rationale for survey questions, and finalized survey questions.

Program Director Patient Safety and Quality (PDPQ) Educators Network

CREOG is seeking seven residency teams interested in joining an ACGME-led multispecialty learning collaborative to create a longitudinal curriculum and to work with specialty specific resources in quality improvement and patient safety. Learn more about the program.

Term of Service

Requires a six month minimum commitment.

  • January 5, 2023–March 30, 2023: Every Thursday from 5–6 p.m. (ET)
  • April 7, 2023–June 23, 2022: Every Friday from 9– 10 a.m. (ET)

Recommended Credentials and Experience

The following experience is required:

  • Program Directors or Associate Program Directors interested in improving Quality Improvement and Patient Safety graduate medical education locally and nationally. 
  • Commitment to a 1 hour meeting each week and weekly intercession assignments. Participants are encouraged to join work groups to create faculty development and resident education resources.
  • Requires letter of support from Chair and DIO.
