John Gibbons Medical Student Award

The John Gibbons Award honors medical students with a passion and dedication to women’s health care and advocacy. It provides the student with financial assistance to attend the Annual District Meeting.

Application Process

Candidates must be an M2-M4 ACOG Medical Student member of District IV. The applicant must submit a current resume or CV, a statement of interest detailing how you would benefit by attending the ACOG Annual District IV Meeting (500 words max), and a recommendation by an ob-gyn mentor or faculty advisor of the ob-gyn Medical Student Interest Group on the statement of interest. Please include the state, country, or territory in which you attend medical school in the title of your statement of interest.
