This award carries a stipend of $5,000 to be used to defray expenses while spending a month in the College Resource Center historical collection--and other medical/historical collections in the DC area--performing research into some area of American obstetric-gynecologic history.


Selection will be made and the recipient notified as soon as possible after the deadline so that the fellowship may begin as early as late Fall.


The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists sponsors one $5,000.00 fellowship in the History of American Obstetrics and Gynecology each year.
