ACOG eModules

This “anytime, anywhere” online educational product is a voluntary and confidential self-evaluation program on specific topics in obstetrics and gynecology. The content is carefully selected and presented as a multiple choice pre-test, rich up to date information on each topic, and post-test of the same multiple choice questions. 
ACOG designates ACOG eModules for a maximum of 7 College Cognate credits or 7 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s).

Green Journal

ACOG’s scholarly publication Obstetrics & Gynecology, popularly known as "The Green Journal," publishes original articles and research studies on scientific advances, new medical and surgical techniques, obstetric management, and clinical evaluation of drugs and instruments.  ACOG fellows enjoy complete access to The Green Journal.

Clinical Updates in Women’s Health Care

This series of educational online monographs is issued bimonthly. It is a benefit of membership for most classes of ACOG members. Each online monograph in the series is clinically oriented and fully indexed to cover the issues ob-gyns must consider for the total care of women. Self-assessment questions are provided at the end of each monograph.

*College Cognate Credits – The Cognate Program is open to all physician membership categories of the College. Through this voluntary educational program, the College records and maintains a computerized list of all member-reported CME activities.  An award will be issued to participants who successfully complete the program with a minimum of 150 AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ within a 3-year cycle.

**AMA’s Physician’s Recognition Awards (PRA) – The College has a reciprocity agreement with the AMA that allows AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)
to be equivalent to College Cognate Credits. Participants may claim College Cognate Credits or AMA PRA credits for qualified activities, but not both.
