Districts IV, VII, & XI Annual Meeting

September 27 — 29, 2019

2019 ADM Charity | CME Credits

Thank you to everyone who joined in New Orleans. With over 600 attendees, it was the most attended ACOG District Meeting of the year! We raised $13,373 for the Ob-GynPAC and $900 in on-site donations for our 2019 ADM charity Eden House, a nonprofit working to eradicate the trafficking and selling of human beings. As part of our local outreach a group of Junior Fellows volunteered at Eden House, painting, organizing in-kind donations, and discussing health concerns with survivors. The conference workshops on maternal mortality, breast cancer, contraceptive access, and sex trafficking allowed attendees to interact with each other and experts to tackle complicated issues. Our general session speakers kept things lively while addressing topics ranging from imposter syndrome to financial management.
