PGY 2 POSITION(S) AVAILABLE

Morehouse School of Medicine -Atlanta, GA
One PGY 2 position is currently available to begin by October 1, 2017. Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing at an ACGME accredited OB/ GYN residency program and will have successfully completed one year of training by the start date.  Applicants must have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3 or COMLEX Steps 1, 2, and 3 and be able to begin clinical training immediately. Interested candidates should prepare the following information to submit for review:  Medical school diploma, complete ERAS application (medical school transcript, MSPE, USMLE scores, personal statement), ECFMG certificate (if applicable), current CV, cover letter addressing rationale for desire to transfer programs, ACGME OpLog case summary, list of completed rotations including dates, CREOG score (when available), milestone evaluations for PGY 1 year, summative competency based performance evaluations, a letter of good standing from your current program director verifying your training and progress in the program, and an additional letter from a faculty member in your current program.    Your current or previous program director will need to submit a summative evaluation of your performance prior to beginning any clinical duty.  All materials should be sent BY EMAIL ONLY, to Mrs. Nikki Clemons-Garcia, Residency Program Assistant, at nclemons@msm.edu .  You will be notified of an opportunity to interview once your application packet is complete and all materials have been reviewed.     Applicants will be notified by email if selected for interview.   Emails only please, no phone calls or faxes will be accepted.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, New Hampshire
We are seeking a highly qualified, enthusiastic  resident physician for a vacancy in our second year residency class.  Interested candidates must be in good academic standing and have successfully completed one year of training  in an ACGME accredited obstetrics and gynecology residency program. Applicants must have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2, and Step 3 (if taken). Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, have U.S. permanent resident status, or be eligible for a J-1 visa.  Interested candidates should submit the following application materials: Cover letter and current CV; Complete ERAS application (final medical school transcript, MSPE, USMLE scores/equivalent, personal statement); ACGME documents, including  current Case Log  Summary Report and most recent Milestones Report; CREOG In-service exam score; Three (3) current letters of recommendation (one MUST be from the current Program Director verifying your training, current good standing, a list of completed rotations including dates, as well as a summative competency based evaluation; the other two letters must be from attending physicians in your current program). University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria-OSF St. Francis Medical Center
PGY-2 position is available to begin as early as July 1, 2017.   Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing and will have completed one year of training at an ACGME accredited OB-GYN residency program by June 30th, 2017 for the PGY-2 position.  Applicants must have passed USMLE Steps 1 and 2. Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center – Amarillo, TX
PGY-2 position is available July 1, 2017. Eligible candidates must be in good standing at an ACGME accredited OBGYN program and will have successfully completed 1 year of OBGYN training by start date. Applicants MUST meet the training requirement to be considered for this position. Qualified candidates should send a PDF file of ERAS application, to include: CV, personal statement, medical school transcript, Dean’s Letter (MSPE), photo, three letters of recommendation, Program Director’s letter, USMLE/COMLEX transcript, medical school diploma, and ECFMG certificate if applicable. Additional documents include in-training exam scores from PGY-1 (CREOG), ACGME OPLOG, and PGY-1 year end Milestone Evaluation. Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, have U.S. permanent resident status, or be eligible for a J-1 visa. PGY 3 POSITION(S) AVAILABLE

SUNY Downstate Medical Center - Brooklyn, NY
PGY-3 position has become available unexpectedly for July 1, 2017 start date. Interested candidates MUST have successfully completed two years of training in an accredited ACGME Obstetrics/Gynecology residency program, NO exceptions. We are able to sponsor H1B and J Visas. Email your complete ERAS application, a cover letter including reasons for leaving your current program, 3 LORs: one letter of recommendation from your current program director which should include verification that you have finished the PGY1 and PGY2 year in good standing, rotations, with dates and rotation specific evaluations, as well as a summative milestone performance evaluation. The other two letters of recommendation must be from attending physicians at your current program. We will also need CREOG scores and USMLE step 1, 2 and 3. Creighton University  - Omaha, NE
PGY 3 position open starting July 1, 2017 at Creighton University, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Eligible applicants must have successfully completed two years of training and in good standing at an ACGME accredited Residency Training Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Applicants should submit, by email, the following to the Program Coordinator, Amy Guziec, at amyguziec@creighton.edu : a cover letter with reason for leaving current program, ERAS application, medical school Diploma, letters of recommendation, USMLE transcript steps 1, 2 and 3, CREOG Score from PGY1 and PGY2 years, list of completed rotations including dates, performance evaluations, milestone evaluations for PGY1 and PGY2 years and updated ACGME case log “experience report by role”.  We are only able to support J1 Visa status, US Citizenship or US permanent resident status (a copy of your green card will need to be released). University of Central Florida College of Medicine, Osceola Regional Medical Center, UCF/HCA GME Consortium: Kissimmee, Florida
Our residency program has a PGY 3 position available to start July 1, 2017. Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing and will have successfully completed PGY 1 and 2 year of training by June 30, 2017 in an ACGME or AOA accredited program. All applicants must have passed Steps 1, 2 and 3 and be able to begin training on July 1, 2017. Interested candidates will submit a cover letter with reason for leaving current program, complete ERAS application, medical school diploma, letter of recommendation from your current program director verifying your good standing and including your summative competency-based performance evaluation for PGY 1 and 2, USMLE transcript steps 1, 2 and 3, CREOG Score from PGY1 and PGY2 years, list of completed rotations including dates, performance evaluations, milestone evaluations for PGY1 and PGY2 years and updated ACGME case log “ experience report by role”.  International medical graduates must have ECFMG certificate, US Citizenship or US permanent resident status. FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Geisinger Health System is currently accepting applications for one fellow to begin Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship training July 1, 2018 (ACGME ID # 2304122005). Applicants must have completed an ACGME approved OB/GYN residency program in good standing and have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3. This year, we will not be able to accept applications through ERAS. To apply to Geisinger's Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship Program, interested candidates should submit a cover letter with their full ERAS application (including curriculum vitae, medical school and USMLE transcripts, and personal statement). Please have the 3 letters of recommendation sent directly from the individual writers to maintain confidentiality. Materials should be sent to Kortney McBryan at kgmcbryan@geisinger.edu by June 30, 2017.

Beaumont Health (Royal Oak, MI) has a Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship position available to start July 1, 2018. Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing and will have successfully completed Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency training by June 30, 2018 in an ACGME or AOA accredited program.  All applicants must have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3 or COMLEX Steps 1, 2 and 3 and be able to begin training on July 1, 2018.
