Live filming of deliveries, computer animations, and vintage film excerpts are seen in this award-winning March of Dimes sponsored program. Using a coordinated team approach, this DVD demonstrates primary maneuvers, including: the McRoberts, episiotomy, and rotation of the baby using suprapubic or intravaginal pressure. Secondary maneuvers shown include: delivery of posterior arm, the Wood's screw, repositioning the mother, and cephalic replacement followed by a cesarean section. Recommendations for shoulder dystocia drills are also given.
