This teaching tool shows how to cut off the blood supply to the uterus by placing a tourniquet around the uterine vessels and Bulldog clamps on the ovarian vessels. Seventeen fibroids (subserous, intramural, and submucous) and two endometriomas are removed with almost no blood loss.
