Management of Dyslipidemia Description
|
This monograph is designed to enable physicians to:
- Understand the pathopysiology and clinical approaches for the prevention and management of dyslipdemia and coronary heart disease
- Monitor risk factors for dyslipidemia and coronary heart disease and screen patients accordingly
- Counsel patients about lifestyle factors that decrease the risk of dyslipidemia and coronary heart disease
- Evaluate patients who have dyslipidemia or coronary heart disease and initiate management
- Treat patients with uncomplicated dyslipidemia and coronary heart disease
Self-assessment questions are included at the end of each monograph. 5 CME credits will be awarded per issue.
