This monograph is designed to enable obstetricians-gynecologists to:
- Differentiate common cardiac and noncardiac causes of chest pain in women
- Counsel patients about lifestyle modifications that lower the risk of cardiovascular disease
- Screen patients for cardiac and noncardiac causes of chest pain
- Undertake and initial workup and determine which patients require referral
- Detect, diagnose, manage or properly refer cardiac causes of chest pain
Self-assessment questions are included at the end of each monograph. 5 CME credits will be awarded per issue.
