Goals and Objectives

The objective of this meeting is to share the most current clinical and scientific information through lectures by distinguished visiting professors and discussion of the clinical experiences of society members. Speakers will present on Friday and Saturday mornings.

Receptions and Dinners

A reception for all registrants, families and faculty will be held on Thursday evening, July 16 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the Kalahari Resort.

Friday night, July 16, all registrants, families and faculty are invited to a “Family Fun Night Around the Pool” beginning at 6:00pm. Our party will be held around the pool at the Lodges. There will be water games and prizes for the kids and a heart healthy buffet for everyone.

Golf

Golf is available at the Trappers Turn Golf Course on Friday afternoon, July 16th ,with tee times available at 1:00PM. Participants must sign up in advance at the W/ACOG registration table at the Kalahari.

Business Meeting

The Advisory Council of the W/ACOG will meet on Thursday, July 15 at 1:00pm.

The W/ACOG/WSOG annual business meeting will be held on Saturday, July 17 beginning at 7:30am.

Sleeping Rooms

Sleeping rooms are in the Lodges, located next to the convention center, which can be configured to meet a variety of needs: single guest rooms, two room suites, 3 room suites and the ability to add living space and kitchenette to nearly any combination. The 360 rooms will add to your flexibility in meeting your family’s needs.

A block of sleeping rooms have been reserved at the Kalahari Resort. A room reservation form was sent to you with the last newsletter. Another will be sent with the program.
