Dr. Ted Anderson of Vanderbilt School of Medicine is assuming the role of Chairman of the District VII in ACOG this fall at the Annual District Meeting in San Antonio. He had previously served as Vice-Chairman for the last 3 years. His new Vice-Chair is Dr. Marty Tucker of Mississippi, and the new Secretary is Dr. Verda Hunter of Kansas City. These fine people are entrusted with helping us understand and deal with the proposed sweeping health care reform that is being debated. Our national leadership has had a seat at the table of the health care reform table and should represent us quite well. Congratulations to these able colleagues as they go about helping us deal with the many health care changes coming our way.
