We had a very productive and entertaining ADM including an impressive medical student symposium and exciting Junior Fellow program.  The medical student symposium was very successful with over 60 medical students in attendance.  Several of the response cards indicate that the symposium definitely helped in their decision to choose Ob/Gyn. 

At the Junior Fellow program, we played Fellow Feud for the first time and we will definitely be playing again!  Luke Newton was a great game-show host and the players were great sports.  At the Gala, the District XI JFs came in fourth in the Texas Hold’em competition- many thanks to Jason Parker for keeping us in the game!

Our goal for this year is to increase Junior Fellow and medical student involvement.  To help with this goal, we have reformatted the district committees to include more Junior Fellows.  If you are interested in becoming more involved, just contact one of your Junior Fellows officers.  Our contact information is on the DXI Junior Fellow website.  We hope to see you all soon at TAOG!
