Please make sure that you read the instructions before you start the online process. At the end of the paper and poster submittal form, you will be asked to print a copy of your submission. Once the abstract deadline has passed, you will not have access to your submission.

The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) has guidelines that require ALL AUTHORS on abstracts declare to their audiences any relationships they may have with industry. The purpose is to allow an audience to weigh the presented information for its scientific objectivity.
