Tip of the Month

February is American Heart Month

Regular exercise helps control high blood pressure, weight, and cholesterol levels, all of which increase the risk of heart disease. Try to get 30 minutes of moderate-intensity activity (brisk walking, biking, yard work) or 20 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity (swimming laps, skiing, jogging) on most days of the week.
