COURSE DESCRIPTION:
ACOG will hold an in-person workshop at the Ritz Carlton on Thursday, April 20, 2017. The workshop will provide in-depth explanations of the requirements of the MACRA Quality Payment Program.  You will learn about the two different tracks that make up the Quality Payment Program – the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and Advanced Alternative Payment Models (APMs) – and the participation requirements.

ACOG will hold this in-person workshop in conjunction with the third Coding Workshop of 2017.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Identify the two different tracks of the Quality Payment Program.

  • Understand the requirements of each of the four performance categories in the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).

  • Differentiate the transitional reporting options for performance year 2017 in MIPS.

  • Understand the participation requirements for Advanced Alternative Payment Models (APMs).

This workshop is designed for physicians, however, coding and practice managers may also attend.

FEES:
The registration fee is $250/person.  There are only 120 slots available at the workshop.
