Our distinguished group of internationally acclaimed speakers continues to present concise and up-to-date information to educate clinicians about vulvovaginal diseases and the therapies available. This course is ideal for all clinicians who treat patients with persistent or recurrent vulvar symptoms not explained by simple yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis. This course is for those practitioners who treat itching, dyspareunia, and pain, as well as vaginal discharge and chronic rashes. The conditions include recurrent candidiasis, lichen simplex chronicus, lichen planus, lichen sclerosus, vulvodynia, ulcers, and desquamative inflammatory vaginitis. The course will also include abstracts from the 5th Biennial Scientific session of the North American Chapter of the ISSVD. For those interested in attending, we will also be offering an optional introductory course on Thursday, as well as, a hands - on physical therapy course.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:

  1. Review the diagnosis, evaluation and management of women with vulvodynia
  2. Increase awareness of the need to approach women with vulvovaginal disorders in multidisciplinary fashion
  3. Review the evaluation of women with vulvovaginal complaints
