Tip of the Month

April is Alcohol Awareness Month

Drinking more than 7 drinks per week or more than 3 drinks per occasion can put you at risk of alcohol-related problems. Drinking alcohol becomes a problem when it affects your health, behavior, or relationships. If you or someone you know has a drinking problem, seek help. Many treatment options are available. If you are unsure whether you have a problem, ask your health care provider.
