Carrier Advisory Committee CAC Medicare Part B
WPS, the Medicare Part B carrier for Wisconsin, maintains a Carrier Advisory Committee (CAC) comprised of physicians practicing in Wisconsin and representatives of medical organizations. The purpose of the CAC is to provide a formal mechanism for physicians and medical organizations to be informed of and participate in the development of Local Coverage Determination (LCD's) in an advisory capacity.
