This special rate is available three days before and three days after the official dates of the meeting, based on availability. For hotel reservations, a personalized website for the ACOG District V, VI, VIII, and IX Joint Annual Meeting has been created. Guests can access the site to book a reservation. before September 4, 2013. Be sure to mention that you are attending the ACOG Annual District Meeting. Rooms are Run of House, the earlier you book the better availability.
