About ACOG-IX

Based in Sacramento, ACOG-IX is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization with more than 5,300 members and is the leading group of physicians in the State of California providing health care for women.

Role & Work
A physician-led organization, ACOG-IX is dedicated to fostering and stimulating improvements in all aspects of the health care of Californian women; to establishing and maintaining the highest standards of practice; to promoting high ethical standards; to establishing and promoting policy positions on issues affecting the speciality of obstetrics and gynecology; and to promoting, representing, and advancing the professional and socioeconomic interests of its Fellows.
