Women and Obesity

Tools & Resources to Help Patients Live Healthier Lives

Obesity in America impacts millions of people and their loved ones. It’s estimated more than 60 percent of U.S. adult women are overweight – and just over one-third of overweight adult women are obese. (Those with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 to 29.9 are considered overweight. People with a BMI of 30 or more are considered obese.)

Please utilize these resources and tools to educate yourself, your staff and most importantly your patients about this national epidemic.  Additional materials will be regularly added to this web page.
