Health Insurance Exchange - New York State
Governor Andrew Cuomo released an Executive Order establishing a New York Health Insurance Exchange. The NYS Department of Health is currently drafting regulations to implement exchanges.

Homebirth Patient Safety Standards
Currently there is no legislation. ACOG is working collaboratively to draft consensus legislation that will address patient safety for homebirth in NYS.
