E-card encourages perinatal alcohol screening

 The eCard is for women’s health care providers, “You can make a difference in preventing fetal alcohol spectrum disorders” and links to information about the ACOG and CDC-developed FASD Prevention Tool Kit for women’s health care providers which provides information on screening and advising patients of childbearing age about risky drinking and preventing alcohol-exposed pregnancies.

Also available are ecards for pregnant patients to avoid alcohol as well as other healthy pregnancy topics.
