Agency for Health Research and Quality (AHRQ) Clinical Information
This site links to the fulltext of USPSTF guidelines, EPC Evidence Reports, and many other AHRQ clinical reports.

AGREE Collaboration
AGREE (Appraisal of Guidelines Research and Evaluation) is an international collaboration to improve the quality and effectiveness of clinical practice guidelines by establishing a shared framework for their development, reporting and assessment.

Alberta Medical Association (AMA) Toward Optimized Practice (TOP)
Fulltext Toward Optimized Practice guidelines are available here.

American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)
AAP guidelines are available fulltext at this site.

American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists 
The fulltext of all current College guidelines are available on the members' side of the College website under Publications. Users can search fulltext or browse lists to select specific documents.

American College of Surgeons (ACS)
This specific ACS page links to current ACS position statements, Statements on Principles, Bylaws, and other ACS guidelines.

American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP)
ASCCP 2006 consensus guidelines and algorithms are available through this page.

American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM)
The fulltext of current ASRM clinical guidelines are available through this page.  Many of the guidelines are only accessible online to ASRM members. 

ASRM ethical guidelines are found on a separate page. 

Centre for Effective Practice (CEP)
CEP is a Canadian not-for-profit organization enabling appropriate care in primary care through the development and implementation of relevant, evidence-based programs and tools.  GAC (Guidelines Advisory Committee) is now part of CEP.

CMA Infobase: Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs)
These guidelines are produced or endorsed in Canada by a national, provincial, territorial medical/health organization, professional society, government agency, or expert panel.  This site also provides the CMA Handbook on Clinical Practice Guidelines and a guide to these guidelines.

G-I-N is an international not-for-profit association of organizations and individuals involved in clinical guideline development.

Health Services Technology Assessment
Users can search the entire collection of HSTAT Publications, including materials from AHRQ, NTIS, Guide to Clinical Preventive Services, and NIH Clinical Studies and Consensus Development Statements.

Health Technology Assessment International (HTAi)
HTAi is the national professional society supporting those who produce and use health technology assessment information.

International Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment (INAHTA)
INAHTA's mission is to provide a forum for the identification and pursuit of interests common to health technology assessment agencies.

Joint Commission 
This site provides information about the Joint Commission, accreditation information, publications, and links to other healthcare sites.

National Academies (NAS)
The fulltext of many recently released Institute of Medicine (IOM) reports available on this site.  NAS also lists available publications, events, and news.

National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC)
NGC is a database of current evidence-based clinical practice guidelines sponsored by AHRQ. 

National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE)
NICE is an independent organization responsible for providing national guidance on promoting good health and preventing and treating ill health.  Guidelines are grouped by broad topic.  Users can also search for specific topics through the search box.

NIH Consensus Development Program
This site provides current as well as outdated NIH Consensus Conferences.  Search for specific topics or browse the lists.

NIHR Health Technology Assessment Programme (NHS)
The NIHR Health Technology Assessment Programme publishes guidelines on specific clinical topics and on the guideline development process.

Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG)
The fulltext of current RANZCOG statements are available through this page.

Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG)
Search by topic, type of guideline, or both, using the advanced search.  Non-RCOG guidelines are available through link.

Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM)
Selected current SMFM guidelines are among the fulltext publications available through this site.  Some documents may require SMFM membership to access.

Society of Gynecologic Oncologists (SGO)
SGO guidelines are available on the members’ side of the SGO website, under Clinical Practice.

Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC)
SOGC Guidelines, Policy Statements, Committee Opinions, and information on development process are in this section of the SOGC site.

Scottish Intecollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN)
SIGN develops and disseminates national clinical guidelines containing recommendations for effective practice based on current evidence.

U.S. Preventive Services Task Force
The updates and recommendations for the Guide to Preventive Clinical Services are available through this site.

NGC-L Discussion List
NGC-L provides a forum for clinical practice guideline development, methodology, research, dissemination, implementation, and use.
