Introduction to JF District Officers

Congratulations on your election as a Junior Fellow District officer.  Assuming a leadership role in ACOG is a challenging and rewarding experience.  This Officer Manual has been developed for the use of Junior Fellow District officers at the Chair and Vice Chair levels.

The specific duties and responsibilities of your office are presented along with guidelines for implementing various functions of office.

These guidelines reflect policies established in accordance with ACOG Bylaws and the experience of past Junior Fellow officers.  As with any guidelines, they are flexible and serve only to guide your decisions and actions.

Please review the online manual and use it as a reference throughout your term of office.  Periodically, the Department of Junior Fellow Services will forward updates to the manual, as well as your current district and section officer roster.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
