ACOG DONALD F. RICHARDSON MEMORIAL PRIZE PAPER AWARD
GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION
1. The Author:
Principal author must be a Junior Fellow of ACOG at the time of District meeting presentation and must be a member of the District where you are presenting your paper.
2. Awards:
Two award stipends of $2,000 each to cover your hotel and travel expenses to attend the ACM.
3. How many papers may be submitted orally?
Limited to one from each District. When the Junior Fellows meet separately from the Fellows, the paper submission will be accepted from the Junior Fellow meeting ONLY. *
4. Are oral papers presented at the ACM?
Yes.
5. Publication restrictions:
Must not be published prior to ACM.
6. Format of oral paper:
The format of your oral paper should conform to the information for authors from the journal Obstetrics & Gynecology. However, only the front sheet should designate the name(s) of the author(s), the date and the District meeting at which the paper was presented orally. The remaining pages should contain the title of the paper but not the name(s) of the author.
7. Number of copies of papers to submit:
One electronic copy of the paper to: wproctor@acog.org
8. Deadline for submission:
All copies of papers should be submitted to ACOG by the District Chair or his/her designee immediately following your District meeting -- no later than Saturday, November 30, 2013.

* All papers submitted to the national office for the Donald F. Richardson award must be submitted to ACOG by the District Chair or his/her designee.
