Virginia Tech–Carilion School of Medicine, Roanoke, VA
PGY–2 position available immediately. The ideal PGY 2 candidate should be an active resident in good standing at their current program and will have completed 1 year of training in an ACGME approved residency program by June 30, 2015. It is expected that the candidate will have successfully passed Step 3 of USMLE or COMLEX. Incomplete applications will not be considered. The following information is REQUIRED for consideration: 1) A cover letter that thoroughly explains your reason for leaving your current program or desire to transfer; 2) Current CV; 3) ERAS application; 4) Medical school transcript; 5) Step 1,2 and 3 USMLE or COMLEX scores ;6) CREOG scores for PGY 1; 7) Current letters of recommendation, including one letter from your program director, and at least two letters from active faculty; 8) Current and complete OPLOG report; 9) List of completed rotations including dates and brief description of responsibilities. University of Utah: Salt Lake City, UT
PGY-2 position available IMMEDIATELY due to resident change of specialty. Eligible applicants must have completed one year of training in an accredited ACGME OB/GYN residency program as of June 2015 and have either completed USMLE STEP 3 or be planning to take the exam by December 2015. We will initially require: ERAS application, USMLE scores, MSPE, copy of medical school transcript, copy of medical school diploma, and a cover letter or personal statement explaining reason for leaving current program. We will later require: 3 reference letters from your current program (one must be from your current Program Director listing current rotations completed and articulating that resident is in good standing and expected to complete the PGY1 year by June, 2015) and copy of your ACGME case log. We will need to speak to your current Program Director before offering you this position. International medical graduates must include ECFMG certificate, should be a U.S. citizen or be a U.S. permanent resident.

Geisinger Health System – Danville, PA
PGY2 position available at Geisinger Health System. Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing and will have successfully completed the PGY1 year of training by June 30, 2015. All applicants must have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3 or COMLEX Steps 1,2, and 3 and be able to begin training on July 1, 2015. Interested candidates should submit the following information: complete ERAS application, medical school transcript, current CV, personal statement including reason for leaving current program, ACGME OpLog case summary, list of completed rotations including dates, summative competency-based performance evaluation, milestone evaluations, CREOG scores, recommendation letter from your current program director verifying your training and current standing in the program, and two other recommendation letters from faculty in your current program. Kern Medical Center, Bakersfield, CA
PGY-2 position available July 1, 2015. Candidates must have successfully completed a PGY-1 year in good standing in an ACGME accredited Ob/Gyn program by June 30, 2015. Our residency program has a PGY 2 position available to start July 1, 2015. Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing and will have successfully completed the PGY 1 year of training by June 30, 2015 in an ACGME accredited program. All applicants must have passed USMLE Steps 1 and 2 or COMLEX Steps 1 and 2 and be able to begin training on July 1, 2015. University of New Mexico School of Medicine: Albuquerque, New Mexico
PGY-3 OBGYN position has unexpectedly become available for academic year 2015-16. Interested candidates must have successfully completed, by June 2015, two years of training and be in good standing at a fully accredited ACGME Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Training Program.
