University of Texas at Houston, Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital OB/GYN Residency Program - Houston, TX
PGY3 position available June 24, 2016 at the University of Texas at Houston Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital OB/GYN Residency Program.  Eligible applicants must have completed two years of training in an accredited ACGME OB/GYN residency program as of June 2016, in good standing.    Applicants should submit the following to the Program Coordinator Tammy Granberry at Tammy.L.Granberry@uth.tmc.edu:  (1) cover letter describing your reason for leaving your current program, (2) copy of your ERAS application and an updated CV, (3) two recent (within the prior 6 months) letters of recommendation from current program faculty, (4) letter of recommendation from your current program director also verifying your good standing, (5) USMLE transcript,       (6) CREOG Scores from PGY 1 and PGY 2 years , (7) list of completed rotations including dates, (8) summative competency-based performance evaluation, (9) milestone evaluations for PGY1, PGY2 years, (10) updated ACGME OpLog case summary, (11) International medical graduates must have ECFMG certificate, US Citizenship or US permanent resident status, (12) current research, quality improvement projects, electives should be provided, (13) copies of your faculty evaluations for each PGY 2 rotation completed,  and (14) candidates must have an NPI number.  All qualified candidates must be eligible to work in Texas, be able to obtain an intern/resident medical license with the Texas Medical Board and be able to start by July 1, 2016.   Additional documents may be requested. Abington Hospital – Jefferson Health – Abington, PA
PGY3 OB/GYN Position available as of July 1, 2016. Eligible applicants must have successfully completed two years of training in an accredited ACGME OB/GYN residency program as of June 2016.  Applicants must have successfully passed USMLE/COMLEX 1-3. Applicants should submit the following information to Denise Dongworth, Program Coordinator, at DDongworth@abingtonhealth.org: Complete ERAS application (including MSPE, letters of recommendation, transcripts, USMLE/COMLEX Scores 1-3); current CV with cover letter or personal statement explaining the reason for leaving your current program; PGY I and PGY 2 rotation schedules; ACGME Case Logs; and CREOG Scores from PGY I and PGY 2.  Please also include three current letters of recommendation, including one from your current Program Director stating that you are a resident in good-standing and are expected to successfully complete your PGY-2 year by June 2016.  We will need to speak to your current Program Director before offering you the position. Baystate Medical Center - Springfield, MA
PGY3 OB/GYN Position will be open starting July 1, 2016, due to resident change in specialty. Eligible applicants must have completed two years of training in an accredited ACGME OB/GYN residency program as of June 2016.  Applicants must have completed USMLE Step 3. PGY-3 position available at Providence Hospital starting July 1, 2016. Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing and will have successfully completed two years of training in an ACGME accredited  training program by June 30, 2016. All applicants must have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3 or COMLEX Steps 1,2, and 3 and be able to begin training on July 1, 2016. Our residency program has a PGY 3 position available to start July 1, 2016.  Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing and will have successfully completed the PGY 2 year of training by June 30, 2016.  All applicants must have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3 or COMLEX and be able to begin training on July 1, 2016. Flushing Hospital Medical Center- Queens, NY
A PGY-3 position has unexpectedly become available at Flushing Hospital Medical Center (FHMC) in Queens, New York. Applicants must be in good standing at their current program, successfully complete the PGY-2 year by 30 June 2016, and be ready to begin training at FHMC on 01 July 2016. Applicants must have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2CK, 2CS, and 3 (or equivalent) and be eligible for medical licensure in New York state. Interested candidates must submit the following information: complete ERAS application; medical school transcripts; current c.v.; personal statement (including specific reasons for leaving current program); ACGME OpLog case summary; list of completed rotations (including dates); summative competency-based performance evaluations; ACGME Milestones evaluations; CREOG scores; recommendation letter from your current program director verifying your training and current standing in the program; and at least two other recommendation letters from faculty in your current program. Sparrow Hospital – Michigan State University: Lansing, MI
PGY-3 position available July 1, 2016 due to a resident changing specialty. Current PGY-2 residents in good standing in an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program may apply by submitting only the following information, only by email in PDF format: 1) a detailed statement addressing the reason(s) for seeking a transfer to Sparrow/MSU, 2) all semi-annual evaluation report(s) including milestone assignments, 3) up-to-date ACGME Resident Case Log “Experience Report by Role” and “RRC Obstetrics & Gynecology Summary Minimums Report”, 4) report of STEP 3 or COMLEX 3 successful completion, and 5) an up-to-date curriculum vitae. Virginia Commonwealth University- Richmond, VA
PGY-3 OBGYN Position will be open starting July 1, 2016 due to resident change in specialty.Eligible applicants must have completed two years of training in an accredited ACGME OB/GYN residency program as of June 2016.  Applicants must have completed USMLE Step 3. Information that will be requested for review will be ERAS application (including MSPE, letters of recommendation, transcripts, USMLE Scores), a copy of your medical transcript, a copy of medical school diploma, a current CV, and a cover letter or personal statement explaining the reason for leaving your current program. We will later require three current Letters of Recommendation from your current program (one must be from your current Program Director stating that you are a resident in good-standing and expected to complete your PGY-2 year by June 2016), a list completed rotations from your Intern and PGY-2 year, and a copy of your ACGME Case Logs. Inova Fairfax Hospital OBGYN Residency Program- Falls Church, VA
Position available with a start date of July 1, 2016. Eligible candidates must be in good academic standing with their current ACGME accredited OBGYN residency program and must have completed 2 years of OBGYN training by June 30, 2016. Please do not call or fax documents. We will only consider candidates who email their dossier to the IFH OBGYN residency program manager, lolyn.young@inova.org. Eligible candidates will be notified via email regarding interview status. The following documents are required for review by our faculty before consideration of an offer to interview: 1. ERAS application 2. USMLE Step 1, 2, 3, C/S examination score transcripts. 3. Current Curriculum Vitae 4. Copy of your medical school transcript, medical school diploma, Dean’s letter. 5. Letters of recommendation from your current program director*, department chair, and one OBGYN faculty. *The PD letter needs to state your rotation dates, your block schedule, your summative competency based performance evaluation and your standing in the residency program. 6. All CREOG Exam scores 7. Your personal statement indicating reason for leaving program, seeking transfer to our location/program 8. Up-to-date case log report reflecting all your graduate medical education surgical experience 9. International medical graduates must have ECFMG certificate, US Citizenship or US permanent resident status. All qualified candidates must be eligible to work in Virginia, be able to obtain an intern/resident medical license with the Virginia Board of Medicine and be able to start by July 1, 2016. 10. Copy of your ACGME milestone evaluation for PGY1, PGY2 years. 11. Copy of your internship training certificate. 12. Current research, quality improvement projects, electives should be provided. 13. Copies of your faculty evaluations for each rotation completed. 14. Candidates must have an NPI number and be able to enroll in the Medicare and Medicaid programs as well as the Virginia Medical Board’s prescription monitoring program.

Geisinger Health System – Danville, PA
PGY3 position available at Geisinger Health System starting July 1, 2016. Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing and will have successfully completed two years of ACGME training by June 30, 2016. All applicants must have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3 or COMLEX Steps 1,2, and 3 and be able to begin training on July 1, 2016. PGY3 position available at Winthrop University Hospital. Start date – July 1, 2016. Applicant must have successfully completed two years of training and in good standing at an ACGME accredited Residency Training Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Interviews will only be granted to applicants with permission from their current program director. Candidates must have successfully completed three years of training in an ACGME Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program prior to starting date.
