Geisinger Health System – Danville, PA
PGY2 position available at Geisinger Health System. Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing and will have successfully completed the PGY1 year of training by June 30, 2015. All applicants must have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3 or COMLEX Steps 1,2, and 3 and be able to begin training on July 1, 2015. Interested candidates should submit the following information: complete ERAS application, medical school transcript, current CV, personal statement including reason for leaving current program, ACGME OpLog case summary, list of completed rotations including dates, summative competency-based performance evaluation, milestone evaluations, CREOG scores, recommendation letter from your current program director verifying your training and current standing in the program, and two other recommendation letters from faculty in your current program.  All materials should be sent to Kortney McBryan, Residency Coordinator, at kgmcbryan@geisinger.edu. 

Kern Medical Center, Bakersfield, CA
PGY-2 position available July 1, 2015. Candidates must have successfully completed a PGY-1 year in good standing in an ACGME accredited Ob/Gyn program by June 30, 2015.  Candidates should email the following to Ana Moreno, Program Coordinator, at morenoan@kernmedctr.com: Cover Letter detailing reason for interest and reason for leaving current program, copy of complete ERAS application to include USMLE transcripts of Step I, II, and III scores, CREOG Scores, two current reference letters, Program Director Letter of Good Standing, ACGME OpLog report, list of completed rotations; other documents may be requested as deemed necessary.  In addition, US grad applicants must be on track to obtain California license by June 30, 2016 as per the Medical Board of California.  IMG grads please email me for additional information.  No phone calls or faxes please, only email.

 

University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Ob/Gyn Residency San Antonio, TX
PGY-2 OB/GYN position available for July 1, 2015 due to resident switching to another specialty.  Interested candidates must have successfully completed one year of training in good standing at a fully accredited ACGME Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Training Program, by June 2015.  The following application materials should be sent via email to Javette Sheppard-Dukes, Residency Program Coordinator at sheppardj@uthscsa.edu: Copy of ERAS application with Dean’s Letter / MSPE / Medical School Transcript / USMLE Scores Step 1, 2 CS/CK, and Current CV / Medical School Diploma / and Cover Letter explaining reason for leaving current program.  If an interview is requested, we will subsequently require current ACGME Operative Log report through June 2015, and 3 letters of recommendation (one letter of recommendation must be from your current Program Director (PD) and two letters of recommendation must be from attending physicians at your current program.  The PD letter should include verification that you are a PGY 1 in good standing, and are expected to satisfactorily complete your training by June 30, 2015, list of completed rotations including dates, rotation specific evaluations, and CREOG Scores.  We will contact you once all information is received.

University of Missouri-Kansas City Ob/Gyn Residency, Kansas City, MO
PGY-2 position available July 1, 2015. Mercer University School of Medicine, The Medical Center Of Central Georgia:  Macon, GA
Our residency program has a PGY 2 position available to start July 1, 2015. Eligible applicants must be in good academic standing and will have successfully completed the PGY 1 year of training by June 30, 2015 in an ACGME accredited program.
