Developments in STD Screening Chlamydia Testing

The National Chlamydia Coalition has developed a research brief, Developments in STD Screening: Chlamydia Testing, which reviews current diagnostic and testing methods, including the preferred NAAT diagnostic assays. Preferred specimen types are also outlined. Developments in STD Testing discusses recent research on internet-based home screening for chlamydia and calls for further research on alternative specimen types.
