2016 American Board of Obesity Medicine Certification Exam: Deadline August 30
Physicians with an interest in obesity medicine are invited to sit for the 2016 American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) certification exam. Nearly 1,600 physicians throughout the United States and Canada are currently certified. Exam candidates are required to complete 60 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits on the topic of obesity in order to qualify to sit for the test. The final application deadline is August 30.
