Value-Based Payment Modifier (VBM) - Physicians in groups of 100 or more are subject to payment adjustments in 2015 based on their performance this year. CMS is proposing to expand this to groups of 10 or more in 2016 based on whether the physician participated in the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and other factors.
