The 2017 Iffath Abbasi Hoskins Junior Fellow Research Day Contest is an opportunity for Junior Fellows of District II to showcase their research projects and case reports during this year's Upstate Meeting being held April 28-29, 2017, Turning Stone Resort, Verona, New York. 

 
 
Contest prizes include a $1,000 travel stipend to the Oral Presentation winner from the John Burch Endowment Fund Travel Award used to help offset the cost of attending the ACOG 2018 Annual Clinical Meeting, April 27-29, 2018, Austin, Texas and a $1,000 cash prize to the winner of the Junior Fellow Research Day Poster Session Contest generously donated by Eva Chalas, MD, FACOG, FACS.

All abstract submissions accepted into the Iffath Abbasi Hoskins, MD Junior Fellow Research Day Oral Presentation Contest are also automatically accepted into the Junior Fellow Research Day Poster Session Contest.

The Donald F. Richardson Memorial Prize Research Paper Award "Call for Papers" is currently underway. District II Junior Fellows are encouraged to submit a paper from basic science or clinical research for a chance to WIN $2,000 to cover hotel and travel expenses to attend the 2018 Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting, April 27-29, 2018, Austin, Texas.

The District II Junior Fellow Task Force on Awards is currently seeking nominations for the ACOG District II 2017 Junior Fellow Professor of the Year. This prestigious teaching award is presented annually to an ACOG Fellow Professor. Junior Fellow residents are asked to submit the name of a Professor who has most positively impacted the Junior Fellows of District II. If you have a professor you believe is deserving of this award, nominate him or her today.
