A Video Training Series
Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity Video Training Series - Cultural awareness and sensitivity are an important part of communicating with our patients. The scenarios in the video series show clinical situations in which providers' awareness of cultural differences and needs is vitally important to the patient experience and can affect the quality of care. The scenes are by no means all-inclusive, and they are not meant to stereotype any groups or individuals. Rather, they will show a range of patients, with different clinical encounters, where cultural awareness and sensitivity come into play.
