Advocacy & Health Policy: ACOG’s Advocacy Leadership Development Program: All-in for Advocacy

ACOG has amazing ob-gyn leaders in every state. Many have been trained by ACOG, either through the Congressional Leadership Conference, the McCain or Gellhaus Fellowships, or other important programs. Let’s keep engagement going and help further develop leadership skills, whether you’re already well trained or brand new to advocacy.

ACOG has launched a multi-year national leadership building program, All-in for Advocacy, to help you develop your leadership advocacy skills with state and federal lawmakers.

As the first step of the campaign, you’ll complete a free advocacy profile, to let ACOG know what issues matter most to you and assess your current skills. Aspects of this 5-7 minute profile assessment include:

Who do you know?

Many of our members personally know state or federal lawmakers, or other key officials.

What advocacy issues matter most to you?

Help us to know you better and not clutter your inbox.

What leadership positions do you hold in your community?

Many of our members sit on boards and volunteer in their communities

Based on your answers, we’ll provide you with suggestions and tools to help you grow your advocacy leadership skills, and put them to work in your state. Together, you and thousands of your ACOG colleagues will grow into a powerful force in statehouses and the US Congress.

It’s free, it’s easy, it’s your point of entry to unlocking your leadership potential. 2,000 Fellows have already started.
