In an ongoing effort to provide the best care for women and pregnant women suffering from substance use disorders, ACOG continues to provide evidence-based clinical and patient education resources for obstetrician-gynecologists and other health care providers:

ACOG-SMFM Buprenorphine Training for Obstetrician-Gynecologists and Other Physicians.

This eight-hour course (four hours online, four hours in-person) will be tailored to women’s health care and provide training on opioid addiction, treatment, and buprenorphine and physiology. The course will take place April 29, 2016 in Washington, DC. Learn more.
